Benefit of theSeller

The Buyer and Seller agree that this Special Condition has been inserted for the benefit of the Buyer and at any time the Buyer may elect to waive the condition referred to in the Special Condition 1.2 notwithstanding that this condition has not been fulfilled. The election to waive the benefit of the Special Condition 1.2 must be made by the Buyer by written notice to the Seller. The condition referred to in Special Condition 1.2 will be deemed to be satisfied upon the receipt by the Seller of the notice of election from the Buyer.
