Business Visas

Business Owner (provisional) (subclass 160 or 163)

This visa is for overseas business owners with a successful business career who have a commitment to be involved as an owner of a new or existing business within Australia.

Applicants must be less than 45 years of age for a 160 visa but if sponsored by an Australian State or Territory on a 163 visa can be up to 55 years of age.

With this visa you can:

Senior Executive (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 161 or 164)

This visa is for senior executive employees of major overseas businesses, who have significant net assets and a genuine and realistic commitment to participate in the management of a new or existing business.

Applicants must be less than 45 years of age for a 161 visa but if sponsored by an Australian State or Territory on a 164 visa can be up to 55 years of age.

With this visa you can:

Investor (Provisional) (Subclass 162 or 165)

This visa is for people who have a successful business or investment career, have a genuine and realistic commitment to be involved in investing or business in Australia and who are willing to invest funds in a designated investment in Australia for four (4) years.

Applicants must be less than 45 years of age for a 162 visa but if sponsored by an Australian State or Territory on a 165 visa can be up to 55 years of age.
