Enterprise Agreements

An effective enterprise agreement can be an appropriate solution to simplifying employee arrangement within a workplace. Under the Fair Work Act 2009, the enterprise agreement now replaces all other various forms of collective agreements.

The National Employment Standards came into force 1 January 2010. Enterprise agreements already in place before this date are not exempt from these standards. Our Team can review your current enterprise agreement to ensure its compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009.
